Introduction to Clinical Hypnosis in Anesthesia and Surgery
The first day of the seminar is designed to provide the Anesthetist, with little or no knowledge and understanding of hypnosis, with some basic knowledge and skill to use hypnosis professionally. The second day will focus on two approaches to preparing the patient for anesthesia and surgery. The first approach is used when there is ample time to prepare the patient and the second approach is when the anesthetist meets the patient moments before surgery. The syllabus contains all of the most recent research and the scripts used to prepare the patient for anesthesia and surgery.
Seminar fee is $525.00 for 20 CE credits and it includes lunch on the first day. AANA approved. Seminars are limited to six participants.
